Really good staff provided great service.

Unfortunately, the gym equipment was quite dated and not suitable for an effective workout. There was a lack of attention to some of the amenities, such as the mismanagement of availability for the pool lounges. I had hoped for more consistency in the upkeep of the facilities, disappointing .

Surprisingly large room with exceptionally comfortable bed and a mini bar and it's own balcony. Great stay for four nights, nothing too much trouble.

Location just next door to restaurants / bars, Kbal Spean and the reception and dining areas. The rooms with comfortable design with Khmer artifacts, spacious well-appointed bathroom and balcony, fabulous and absolutely incredible staff from every single staff member.

The tranquil gardens and stylish decor offer a perfect escape. The devoted staff delivers really good, attentive service that ensures a personalized experience throughout your stay.

The proximity to busy nightlife can occasionally disrupt peace, with sounds from nearby venues seeping into what should be a relaxing environment.

The in-house bar makes the hot drinks. It is 100% that we would happily go back again...

The breakfast was delicious and scrumptious with local and international dishes! The staff were genuinely friendly, and we could use concierge service and wake up service free of charge. Location: the hotel was right by the "bridge ", the old centre and the night market, pub street and all the restaurants. There was an outdoor restaurant nearby.

This place is nice, and has really good staff, a saltwater pool, and 24-hour reception. I remember my first stay when the staff kindly offered me water at night. I highly recommend this oasis! I'm coming back for a holiday.

The staff were great, far surpassing my previous experiences at other hotels in siem reap. The room was spacious, and the pool was perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring.

The staff provided really good service and were attentive to all our needs. We enjoyed taking the vintage car for a sunrise tour at Angkor Wat. The breakfast was a highlight, made to order each day, ensuring freshness and taste. Plus, the city view from our room added a lovely backdrop to our stay.

I loved the serene ambiance of Viroth's Hotel, with its elegant open-plan design and lush greenery. The pool area was especially inviting. Accessibility is excellent for seniors.

Cocktail menu needs more flavor options.
